Terms & Terms 18 Cash Usage

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform 18 Cash which can be found at 18cash.my, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are advised not to use the platform 18 Cash. Continued use of this platform after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of those changes.

To register and use the services of 18 Cash, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Register as an individual — not on behalf of a company, organisation, or third party.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable local law.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted by the relevant authorities.
• Each individual may only register one account – multiple account registrations are not allowed.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 18 Cash reserves the right to verify all information provided through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

• Your full name must match your official identification document (MyKad / passport).
• An active email address that can be used for account communication and verification.
• A valid Malaysian mobile number is required for two-factor authentication (2FA).
• A strong password of at least 8 characters, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.

All financial transactions on the platform 18 Cash operates in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support the following local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players:

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered under the same account holder's name.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 24 hours depending on the chosen method.
• 18 Cash reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal for verification purposes.
• Any suspicious fund transfers or activity linked to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

18 Cash offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus for new members, weekly cashback, and exclusive offers for Malaysian festive seasons. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• 18 Cash reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit a promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash without first meeting the rollover requirements.
• Each bonus has a validity period as stated in its respective promotion. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

• Using offensive language, threats, or inappropriate behaviour towards other players or support staff.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or compromise the security of the platform's infrastructure.
• Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity without authorisation.
• Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.

18 Cash reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering has been detected.
• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the specified timeframe.

For account closures not involving fraud or violations, any remaining valid balance will be returned to the account holder within 7–14 business days after verification is complete.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 18 Cash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes or betting activity.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, network outages, or cyberattacks.
• Loss of data or personal information resulting from a security breach not caused by our negligence 18 Cash.
• Any action or decision made by a user based on information found on the platform.

18 Cash reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via:

• In-platform notification upon login.
• Email sent to the address registered to your account.
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform 18 Cash after any amendment takes effect will be considered full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before it comes into effect.
